The Honored Housing Program (HHP) is a structured, independent living model designed to provide affordable, shared housing and social services support for adults seeking stability and independence.
We serve individuals who are capable of living independently but benefit from a safe, supportive, and resource-connected environment.
Residents of Honored Housing are not just tenants — they are participants in a program that helps them maintain stability through case management, community engagement, and personal growth support.

Enrolling With Us
The HHP is an ideal program for seniors in need of safe, affordable, social living environments; veterans transitioning from homelessness or institutional care; and working adults with steady income in need of affordable housing.
To be eligible, applicant must:
-Be 18 years or older -Have a steady source of income, benefits, or sponsorship. -Be able to live independently with minimal supervision. -Commit to a drug-free and violence-free living environment. -Complete an intake interview and background check

Program Components
This program offers more than just housing. Components of this program includes:
Safe and affordable shared housing with fully furnished private or shared rooms; case management and social services support; Community and accountability; and life skills and independence support.
Our program assists members (and non-members) with things like applying for assistance programs like SNAP, SSI/SSDI, Medicaid, etc.
